- Calendly LLC (USA): scheduling. Transfers covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Google LLC (USA): font delivery via Google Fonts. Transfers covered by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We may also disclose personal data if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected:
- Contact form submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until the enquiry is resolved and no further communication is expected, whichever comes first.
- Server logs: retained for up to 90 days for security purposes, then deleted.
- Scheduling records: managed by Calendly; see their retention policy.
